The Cassia County Sheriff's Department had contracted with BullBery Systems prior to my coming to work for Cassia County. I could not have made a better choice and feel lucky in getting the opportunity to work with you and your team.

You, Shawn, with your experience and knowledge enabled us to move from a rudimentary type of E-911 to a fully functioning E-911 with Wireless Phase II. From developing the MSAG to overseeing the testing of the systems and finally taking the county live (both E-911 and Phase II) was great, but to me more importantly was the time you spent training and mentoring.

Along with your consulting, we purchased your Insight mapping for the PSAP. Your team of developers and GIS specialists have been a tremendous help in making our mapping as good as any in the intermountain west. Installed in mid-December, the map was put to its first real test within three weeks. A small plane had gone down in the mountains just after sunset, from the GPS beacon on the plane we were able to plot its location and find the safest/fastest route for rescuers to reach it. What would have been a long cold night at 6300 feet to await sunrise ended hours earlier. Insight has provided a missing tool to help protect the residents and visitors to Cassia County.

As an old surveyor that wondered what in the world dispatchers were using CAD for (Computer Aided Design) in the dispatching of officers, to someone that now uses PSAP, E-911, MSAG, CAD and all the rest of the acronyms daily. You and your team have made a daunting task not only manageable but even at times fun. I look forward to continuing working with you. Everyone I have worked with from your company has been great. I love showing off your product and recommend it to all. Thanks again for all that you have done.
