Dear Shawn,

Union County partnered with you and BullBerry when we were a basic 911 facility. The only abilities we had were tracing some 911 calls using caller ID on a regular phone. We did have our streets addressed, but no MSAG built and no mapping.

You, in conjunction with your team, brought your expertise and hands-on knowledge to guide our project and successfully bring Union County to the Twenty-First Century. You built our MSAG, developed our GIS, brought up Enhanced 911 and Phase I and II Wireless for our County. Your software has made our communications center one of the most esteemed in the state of South Dakota. Your products give our 911 response team the capability to act more rapidly, which creates a safer environment for the residents of Union County.

Thank you for your tireless work and most notably for all the extra times you have been there to help me through this project. The value we have gained from our resource investment has been immeasurable. I look forward to our continued work together.
