Dear Shawn,

First and foremost, I want to thank you and your staff for the timely, courteous, and professional manner in which our new GIS software was installed at our PSAP. I could not be happier with the results. I have had nearly a month to experiment with your mapping software and I continue to be as impressed as I was when I saw the demo.

When our county created the GIS department, it was the hope of everyone involved to one day use that data for all departments. Unlike our previous GIS software for our PSAP from another company, we can now use the most detailed and up-to-date data available without waiting months for updates and conversions.

The 911 Communications Center personnel are very pleased with the simplicity of operation. I have received positive feedback on the ability to add or subtract data layers with one click of the mouse and the ability to easily fax a map to the appropriate emergency responder providing driving directions with the quickest route is fantastic.

As you know, we are still working with our GIS department on building more data layers and completing others. The amount of information that is at our fingertips is above and beyond anything we have had before. As we continue to add information, I feel our PSAP and GIS department will be one of the most informed in the State and it is all pulled together through your software.

My only regret is that I did not find your company earlier. You can have any PSAP in Iowa give me a call so I can share with them our experience!
